I. Letter of Warranty and service Commitment
First of all, thank you for your trust and support to Luoyang Kaishen!
(I) Warranty period and warranty method:
1. Strictly follow the relevant provisions of the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China.
2. Strictly in accordance with QC/T696-2011 "Vehicle Chassis Centralized Lubrication Oil Supply System" standard implementation.
3. Warranty period: from the date of purchase of Kaishen technology products life warranty, free service forever.
4. The response time of failure report is 1 hour, the maintenance service will arrive within 12 hours in the province, and the troubleshooting will take 24 hours; Outside the province 24 hours to arrive,48 hours troubleshooting.
5. Within the warranty period, kaishen technology will unconditionally repair or replace any malfunction caused by the quality of the product itself.
6. For the products within the warranty period, Kaishen Technology will provide free maintenance services, including material costs and manual maintenance costs.
7. For the first supply, fragile spare parts will be delivered at the price of 100 yuan per unit. Please refer to the list for details.
8. The product shall be inspected and maintained regularly (4 months) to ensure the normal operation of the vehicle.
(II) Definition of paid maintenance Service:
1. Disassemble products that are defective or have been repaired by non-designated maintenance organizations without the consent of Kaishen Technology.
2. Failure or damage caused by incorrect use of grease or impurities.
3. Failure or damage caused by force majeure.
